Campaign Story

This November, I’m joining Islamic Relief’s Hijri Challenge to raise urgent funds for Gaza — a land that continues to bleed under unimaginable hardship.

I’m raising funds specifically for Maternity Care and Emergency Food Relief in Gaza — two areas that are in critical crisis. You may already be aware: Gaza has run out of food, and no aid is currently getting in. Mothers are giving birth without medical support. Families are starving. Children are crying out for bread.

But we have not given up — and we will not stop trying.

Islamic Relief has been present in Gaza since 1997. We are on the ground. We are one of the few organizations with long-term infrastructure and deep community roots in the region.

Before the borders closed, we were delivering over 200,000 hot meals a day, supporting hospitals, maternity wards, and families across Gaza. As soon as the borders open and aid access is possible, we will be ready to scale up immediately and continue our life-saving work — with your help.

Your donation to this campaign will go directly towards:

  • Providing urgent food assistance to starving families
  • Supporting maternity wards to help mothers deliver safely in horrific conditions
  • Preparing for rapid aid delivery once the borders open
